All applications that we submit include a full in-depth assessment of documents to ensure that the requirements are met before any preparation is undertaken.

We carefully prepare and submit all applications which are backed up with an in-depth covering letter highlighting the merits of the application.  Furthermore, we book the bio metric appointments and ensure that all documents are uploaded in time for our appointment.  The above application fees do not include dealing with any appeals or administrative reviews.

We pride ourself on a seamless service and our fixed costs cover work up until you receive a decision.

All our prices are excluding VAT.

Other factors which may affect the cost of your application/appeal:

  • First-time application or extension outside the rules or if you do not have any existing leave
  • There are multiple dependents eg several children or spouse
  • The language of the client (Interpreter required
  • Complex legal arguments / Number of witnesses

Disbursements

All our prices are exclusive of disbursement costs such as court fees, application fees, barristers’ fees, interpreters’ fees etc.

  • Interpreters fees
  • Independent expert reports e.g. medical experts. These are not required in many cases and we will let you know as soon as possible if we consider an expert report is necessary in your case.

We will manage the payment of the disbursements on your behalf to ensure a smoother process this includes any Home Office Fees / Court Fees and any experst instructed.  Disbursements are not included in our costs and a breakdown will be provided on a case by case basis.

How Long Will The Application Take

We cannot guarantee how long the Home Office will take to process your application as these vary and may be able to provide a indication of processing times, however, Home Office processing time are provided below.
