Javaid Bostan – Solicitor / Director

Javaid Bostan qualified as a solicitor in 2005 and has been a solicitor/director at Harris & Green Solicitors since 2009.  Javaid has worked in the legal field since 2000 and has over 24 years of experience in the legal profession.

Javaid specializes in Immigration private immigration. Ranging from visitors visas, spouse visas dependent children Human Rights applications and domestic violence applications.  We also provide a bespoke service to business customers who are applying for business licenses and recruiting foreign workers.

We specialize in applications and appeals at all levels.

Javaid is fluent in English and Punjabi and is content to conduct meetings and take instructions in these languages.

Aneesah Ansar – Solicitor

After completing her Law Degree and Legal Practice Course, Aneesah began her legal career in 2017, initially working as a paralegal in the Multi Track department relating to Personal Injury matters.

Aneesah joined Harris and Green Solicitors in October 2018 as a Trainee Solicitor and qualified as a Solicitor in December 2020. She specialises in both Family Law and Personal Injury and has years of experience

Aneesah deals with a wide range of Family Law including divorce, civil partnership dissolution, Pre-nuptial and Post nuptial agreements, division of assets following the breakdown of a relationship and issues surrounding contact with children.

She also deals with domestic abuse work, including obtaining emergency protection orders to give clients the protection they need.

Aneesah is fluent in English and Punjabi and is content to conduct meetings and take instructions in these languages. 

Romana Ali – Trainee Solicitor

Romana joined Harris and Green Solicitors in October 2023 as a Trainee Solicitor in the Family and Personal Injury Department following completion of her Law Degree and Legal Practice Course.

As a Trainee, Romana works closely with experienced solicitors and assists clients through issues such as divorce, financial matters, child arrangements, and other sensitive family matters. With a compassionate and approachable style, Romana helps ensure that clients feel informed, supported, and heard at every stage of the process.

In personal injury cases, Romana deals with individuals who have been injured due to accidents or negligence, including road traffic collisions and slips and trips. She is dedicated to helping clients understand their rights and pursue fair outcomes while they focus on recovery.

As part of a supportive legal team, Romana works to make a real difference for each client by treating every case with the care, respect, and attention it deserves.
